- Serves as the District's official representative at MIAAA, conference events, district meetings and contests
- Follows MHSAA Rules and By-laws as it pertains to Middle School athletics
- Manages the competition schedule for all sport programs, including meeting with coaches, contacting schools, preparing contacts, maintaining schedules on website, managing game officials
- Serves as Event Supervisor for practices, games and events
