I believe in possessing and maintaining high-energy leader emphasizing exceptional dishes made with local ingredients. At this time, I am looking for opportunities that allow room for growth within the company. Although I was able to venture out and build a relationship where I currently, there is no presented room to grow and learn more to perfect the craft. Remaining coachable is vital in this industry because hospitality culinary will continuously evolve. The contracts and private work are sustainable but I feel that I have began to plateau.
