As weekend maintenance porter at metropolisis parking, I am responsible for maintaining 5 parking garages in the Southlake Union area. My typical day includes;

• Signing into a company phone to receive maintenance request
• Checking functionality of kiosks, arms, screens and insuring recipt paper is sufficient.
• Walk garages checking for damage, suspicious activity, and picking up any garbage left.
• Answer customer questions and concerns.
• Respond and complete any maintenance requests.

Headed to Washington I found a job at Millrock Packaging as a wet end operator, similar to my previous positions some of my responsibilities include the following;

• Operating module facer
• Checking quality
• Making precise quality adjustments
• Hanging rolls of paper onto roll stands
• Calculating footage
• Commitment to safety and good housekeeping
• Operating both manual and motorized pallet jacks

Some of my leaning accomplishments include;

• Operating clamp trucks
• Forklift certification
• Cleaning and setting up the machine
• General maintenance of machine and building
• Making starch adhesive mixtures
• Completing starch transfers

During my time at Pratt Industries, I thrived in multiple positions in the corrugating manufacturing department. I received great reviews, position advancements, and contributed to record-breaking production speeds while reducing waste.

Hired on, I started as a load leveler on the "dry end" of the corrugator, serving around nine months in that position before advancing to a helper position on the "wet end," labeled as the floater. After just a couple of months as a floater, I was quickly promoted to double backer, where I spent the rest of my time at the company. I had many responsibilities contributing to each position; a few of them include:

• Operating belts and stackers.
• Quality inspection, communication, and adjustments.
• Knowledge and operation of various control panels responsible for various adjustments.
• Preparation and completion of successful splices.
• Timing and executing floot changes with precision.
• Clear communication using headsets.
• Pallet building along with the use of pallet jacks.
• Some accomplishments include:

Completion of various safety training courses.

Great performance reviews resulting in a salary increase.

I left Pratt Industries with much respect to complete a long-term goal of mine to move to Seattle. Pratt Industries is a great company that provided me with excellent training and experience in the manufacturing industry.

During my time at Jimmy John's, I satisfied thousands of happy customers! With a commitment to quality and a passion for customer service, I thrived in this role. Some of my duties included the following:

• Menu memorization
• Food safety training
• Taking orders with the POS system, both in-shop and on the phone
• Money handling at the register, giving accurate change
• Working on a sandwich assembly line in a fast-paced setting, accurately following recipe orders in each line position while either working with fellow team members or handling it myself

I started working at Dairy Queen when I was fifteen. My manager, Suman Daas, strictly trained me in customer service, food preparation, and working the drive-through. Although she was hard on me, she taught me how to have a good work ethic and a positive attitude even on the hardest days. Even at such a young age, I had a lot of responsibilities, including:

• Menu memorization, with new monthly additions.
• Safe food handling.
• Soft-serve machine operation and maintenance.
• Taking orders from customers using a POS screen.
• Taking drive-through orders using a headset, sometimes having to memorize orders while completing other tasks.
• Safely deep-frying various menu items.
• Crafting world-famous burgers to customer specifications.
