I started off working at Panda Express in September of 2021 as a line cook and quickly got promoted to the head cook in a span of 3 months. After building levels of experience in all positions of the store. I was promoted in September of 2023 to Assistant Manager. I began to work in three different locations all in Oakland building lots of managerial experience. In February 2025 to July 2025 I was temporarily promoted to General Manager and having to fully take control of the store. Doing inventory, running operations, hiring and training staff up to company standards. I resigned from my manager position at Panda Express in July of 2025 and went back to my cook position. I am still currently working in my position and since then have picked up a second job at Southern Comfort Kitchen as store manager. Working there I had the same responsibilities as my general manager position at Panda Express.
