I started my HR career in 1999, with a passion of understanding how to be a part of being that ambassador for implementing the business strategies and services the needs of the customer. In an effort to be an effective HR Champion, I had to gain extensive exposure to the business' goals, understand the culture, and insert myself in process improvement activities that would strengthen the employee experience.


I have have successful upward mobility in my HR career and often recognized for being tenacious in gaining the knowledge and experience, and sharing my knowledge, unselfishly. This tenacity has afforded me many opportunities in HR, and it continues to be my passion.
