I also prepare weekly EHS-CCP lesson plans and initial each child to set a goal for them to meet. I also sign and date daily health and safety logs and daily reports for each child. I also attend yearly professional development and center manger meetings to set goals for the upcoming year.

I also attended to the children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers. I also observed and evaluated children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. I also met with parents to discuss their child's progress and needs. Most of all I provided a loving home away from home learning environment where each child was able to grow and learn in their own unique way.
