I am responsible for setting weekly goals and keeping weekly anecdotal notes through core advantage and ASQ's to help my infants and toddlers to develop at their own individual pace. I am also responsible for setting up monthly parent teacher conferences and home visits to stay on track with goals being meet for each child. I also prepare weekly EHS-CCP lesson plans and initial each child to set a goal for them to meet. I also sign and date daily health and safety logs and daily reports for each child. I also mange each classroom to make sure daily body checks, lesson plans, observations, updating logs, are being meet. I also attend yearly professional development and center manger meetings to set goals for the upcoming year.

- I was the infant lead teacher before my maternity leave. When I returned I was a co-lead in toddlers and eventually moved down to kindergarten prep as a co-lead teacher. I was responsible for providing a variety of materials and resources for children to explore manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play. I also attended to the children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers. I also observed and evaluated children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. I also met with parents to discuss their child's progress and needs. Most of all I provided a loving home away from home learning environment where each child was able to grow and learn in their own unique way.
