The 2 years i was Plant manager we completed all jobs on time during Covid times and layoffs. I was plant manager at what some would say the most challenging time in Springer/Dragon history. I completed it with less employees (only getting yelled at by Doug F one time for running out a item). My first task as plant manger was to layoff staff in 2019/2020. during this time i still did my other duties of auditing other facilities for API and oversaw drawing for 12F staff as well as Plant manger.

Maintained walkway sole design implementation for Dragon through every posting/Job in Dragon I held. with no oversight or assistance, including but not limited to drawings, customer site visits, changing codes in API and OSHA, vendor relationship and sales reslationship.
