Additional Information

I enjoy working with my customer to find solutions to equipment failure's and help the customer to update and modified & update older equipment. I feel that once a customer describes a problem to me that it is my and my companies job to offer upgrades, new technologies and services to offer both short term repair options which keeps production on schedule as well as long term solutions capital options for upper managements review.


I feel that any companies most valuable asset is their personal, and feel that building relationships with my supervisors as well as shop and field personal to understand the teams strengths, allows me to better serve our customers, and to rely information to my supervisors to understand that will allow for any training programs that may be needed to improve our product offering and skill levels to support and retain & grow the companies bottom line.

I also have learned in my esperance to asses the feasibility and profitability of new products and service and to work with other vendors to build relationships so that if needed we can serve through sub-contractors as needed.


In my estimation network building at all levels is highly important if not the life blood of a successful electric motor & control shop. I feel that if we cannot serve our customer some other company will. I feel that any service company that allows the personal to feel: (the customers are lucky that they have us) this company has not succeeded, but just began on the road to certain failure.
