Summary

As the youngest of my parents' 16 children, I was born and raised in a team setting & destined to thrive in chaos. Starting my family in my early 20's led me to veer from traditional, expensive schooling and carve my own path. Starting in 2011 as a lunch server at Moe's Restaurant, through initiative and drive I worked my way up to server, then bartender, and eventually creating and filling the Bar Manager position at Moe's. While at Moe's, with a desire to do more, I attained my real estate license in 2014. I worked part-time as a real estate agent till 2018, when I left Moe's to become a full-time Real Estate Agent. Relying on my adaptability and problem-solving ability, with a fierce commitment to customer service and an instinctual urge to gain repeat and referral clients, my book of business grew each year. From 2019-present I have been a steady multi-million dollar producer. Since going full-time as a real estate agent, I have also strayed into home flipping/rehabbing, currently working on my 3rd whole home renovation, and over time completing multiple smaller renovation projects for family members.

Work History

Real Estate Sales, Team Member

Exactly Real Estate 2025-current
Fairlawn, OH
04.2025 - Current
  • Worked with our team to develop a listing/pricing strategy that offers the absolute best customer service for our clients and drastically improved the brokerage's profitability.
  • Trained team members in agent's responsibilities, contract writing, negotiations, contractor relations and estimates, offer strategies, client relations, agent to agent relationships, real estate software tools including our local MLS, Dotloop, and Zoho CRM.
  • Worked in a team setting to create marketing material that provided transparency to our buyers and provoked trust.
  • Worked with outside referral partners in an attempt to build business relationships. Nursing homes, lawyers, banks - they all have clients that need real estate agents, and as a real estate agent, I often have clients that need their services.
  • Collaborated with team members and brokers to streamline sales processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Utilized CRM tools to track leads, follow up with potential buyers and sellers, and maintain client relationships.

Real Estate Sales, Self Employed

With KW Chervenic 2014-2023, Exactly Real Estate 2023-2025
Stow, OH
07.2014 - 04.2025
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. Working as an independent contractor meant my pay was 100% commission based.
  • As an independently contracted real estate agent I ran my own small business. I paid for signs, advertising, office space, office supplies etc. I was responsible for finding potential leads and converting them to customers. Once they were customers it was my job to educate them on their many different options as buyers and/or sellers.
  • After creating a plan of attack, it was my job to lead the charge in executing the plan. This meant meeting deadlines, recommending competent affiliate vendors, executing paperwork, communicating with all parties of the transaction so lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, buyers, sellers, and their agents were all on the same page.
  • After 12 years in real estate it is true that you learn something new on every deal. Usually this 'something you learn' presents itself as a problem at first. Identifying potential issues and solving them before its too late is one of my strongest skills.
  • A major part of my job was to recommend contractors and communicate with them on the needs of my clients. Some buyers need estimates on home repairs as a result of inspection items before moving forward with a purchase. Some sellers need repairs to be completed before listing or after inspection items are brought to their attention. Understanding my client's concerns, being able to read an inspection report, and having the ability to speak the language of the client and the contractor saved many deals that would have otherwise crumbled under the stress of major or multiple repairs.

Server, Bartender, Bar Manager

Moe's Restaurant
Cuyahoga Falls, OH
07.2011 - 11.2018
  • Transitioned to a new POS system in 2015. Led the restaurant in implementing the POS system, adding items and pricing, personalizing the system to our restaurant's specific needs. I also training existing employees and new hires on our new POS system, led our staff in resolving issues and acted as a go-between for owner/staff & POS software company
  • Organized and executed our alcohol ordering system to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintained relationships with our many alcohol vendors & kept up to date with new products. Created new drink menus using seasonal flavors and fresh, hand-crafted ingredients.
  • Working in a fine dining restaurant with a revolving food menu meant I was always learning. From 'foie gras' to 'bearnaise', 'slow braised' to 'flash fried', I was constantly learning new terms for food items, cooking processes, and specialized techniques; and relaying those terms to our guests in a welcoming manner.
  • I maintained relationships with long-term customers, and prided myself on turning a first-time guest into a regular customer. When the guest feels their experience is the top priority, they can't wait to return!
  • Assisted in training new servers, bartenders, and other front of house staff on menu items and service protocols.
  • As a manager leading a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment, it was my job to make sure everyone was prepared to do their job to the best of their ability on a daily basis.
