After taking about a year and half off from Baseball post college graduation, I was blessed with the opportunity to continue my career at the professional level. I signed with a team in the PECOS League.
In my first season of professional baseball I hit .328 with 2 home runs. Cashing in 43 hits, 25 RBI's and 27 walks.
I finished the season by being Selected to the Pecos League Allstar Game as a Starter in CF and our team being 1 game shy of a playoff berth.
Transferred to Alabama A&M University after spending the short 12 game COVID season at a Division II school in Kentucky.
In my first season with the bulldogs, I led the team in batting average hitting .330 for the regular season. Tied for the team lead in home runs, and led the team in doubles and was top 3 on the team in stolen bases.
This year propelled me to earning Black College Nines SWAC preseason player of the year honors, as well as preseason all first team SWAC
Post graduating high school I signed a full scholarship with Coastal Alabama Community College.
Worked my way to earning playing time amongst a very talented roster with many guys that signed to play at the division 1 level after our sophomore year.
Continued to propel my academic career forward as well as becoming a leader on the team.
