Summary

While I have about 6 years in the IT industry, I’ve been working on computers for most of my life. I built my first computer when I was 6, where I learned how to troubleshoot and repair all forms of issues including both hardware and software. I honed my skills throughout the years, before even getting into my first IT job. Since then, I’ve strived to learn more everyday, whether it’s how to be more effective when it comes to troubleshooting unknown issues, or being more efficient when repairing known issues. I’ve earned large amounts of praise from almost all my employers, especially when it comes to my speed and efficiency. I complete projects in a fraction of the time by being highly efficient, as well as being just as effective in the shorter time span.

  • - Work with users to troubleshoot and correct issues related to their devices, account access, M365 teams, distribution groups, mailboxes, and other related issues. This includes hardware and software.
  • - I update and maintain Cisco VoIP through CUCM including voicemail, extension, and phone configuration and deployment, setup and testing line recording, and troubleshooting and correcting related issues.
  • - I assist with the front and back end of our Rectrac system.
  • I maintain out ITSM (Fresh Service) including UI and workflow, automations, ticket structure, inventory and asset management.
  • I oversee inventory maintenance through our ITSM
