As a Health Informatics graduate, I specialize in relational databases, data analytics, and visualization, with a particular emphasis on maintaining Electronic Health Records (EHR) and crafting impactful public health dashboards. Proficient in organization, analytics, and leadership, I thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent settings. 1. Created digital Survey forms for the diseases in the Thyroid project (Marshall Health and Marshall Medical School internal project), Created clinical digital survey forms with RedCap. Defined branching logic and customized the layout according to study requirements. Data exports in various formats (Excel, SPSS, CSV).
2.Covid-19 Project (Marshall Health and Marshall Medical School internal project), Writing queries to extract data from the local server. Performed statistical analysis with SAS, followed by data analysis with Tableau.
3. New York Taxi data (Database management), Created tables and established a database for a New York taxi service using MySQL Workbench, accompanied by the design of an entity relationship diagram. Developed SQL queries to extract intricate data from diverse tables in remote databases, employing joins and database links for efficient retrieval. Transformed the obtained results into structured reports and maintained a comprehensive log.
