• Led comprehensive Inventory Strategy encompassing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning for the entire Heavy & Bulky AmazonBasics Private Brands Portfolio, including Large Appliances, Home Entertainment (TV), Furniture, and Luggage.
• Collaborated with 50+ Import and Domestic suppliers to negotiate favorable terms,prioritize cluster inbounds, optimize lead times, streamline procurement processes, and aligning production with inventory priorities.
• Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory movement, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions to sellers to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensured optimal inventory availability regionally, replicated across warehouses in India, enhancing operational efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed and cost-effectiveness for customers.

• Initiated the procurement process by raising POs and worked closely with vendors to optimize lead times and enhance fill rates on an ongoing basis.

Imports Portfolio:

• Coordinated with ISM ops to ensure accurate Purchase Orders (POs) were raised by verifying Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and other constraints.
• Collaborated with CDS team and Freight Forwarders to facilitate timely Sales Order (SO) release and container dispatch.
• Monitored shipments to prevent detention charges at CFS/port by tracking them according to Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and ensuring timely release of Delivery Orders (DO) by specified deadlines.
• Liaised with compliance team for required customs clearance documentation.

• Check and update the item price and ensure the correct price at item and cart level.
• Quality check of all restaurants on Swiggy website - ensuring all items & their prices on the site are accurate and updated
