ECMO/CRRT & Hemodynamic Support Coordinator

  • Responsibilities include training and orienting, developing competencies and mentoring
  • Development of all mechanical circulatory support policies, procedures, guidelines, QA/QI and implementation of protocols
  • Unification of temporary MCS offered at MCHS into a dedicated department, with data registry participation, QI/QA projects and multi-disciplinary oversight
  • Ensuring the ECMO program is compliant with Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) guidelines and recommendations
