- Remove previous slats, top and bottom manifolds, and brush from machine. Fix bucket of water with a small amount of bleach.
- Thoroughly clean filler from top to bottom also make sure the line is clear of pills, then call supervisor for inspection. Once line is cleared install new brush, manifolds and slats.
- Count to make sure the slats are the correct number of full, and blank slats (specials if necessary).
- Adjust rails to the correct size of the bottle. Wait for service tech to pour pills into filler.
- Run 2-3 banks and count the pills to see if the correct amount is in the bottle.
- Log a code for every down time and amount of time machine is down.
