Ten Broeck Brawley

Shortly after turning 16 I got my first job with Dominos. Quickly they saw my Work Ethic, my Potential, and gave me a raise after my first week. Higher ups were counting down the days until I turned 18 to have me become a Manager. Though my intentions were to look for a different and higher paying job.

Over the Summer I hit the grind heavy. There was not a single week I didn't collect Overtime, I averaged 50-60 hours per week, and as of today I have still only taken 2 days off since College Orientation (June 27th). Even had a streak of working 52 days straight. I shrug off many 12 hour shifts where I am standing on my feet the entire time (Current Record is a 16.5 hour shift).

Through this it became clear staying at Dominos was still the best move temporarily. I gave them notice I would begin managing so I could negotiate higher pay. Within my first month managing the Owner and District Manager noticed that the labor % was much lower and the profit margins were much better on the nights I ran shifts. They threw me another raise.

Its a 7 store franchise and when one store is short staffed and needs help I will go work and cover shifts at other locations (worked shifts at 6 of the 7). I have been there over 2 years now and have never once called in. I have only ever had shifts covered at one store to go work at another though sometimes I may work at two stores in one day.

I take Pride in my Job. I Work Fast. I Work Well.

Fun Fact, my Roth IRA I started and funded 3 months ago (last week of June) is already up over 36% in gains.
