Adept at fostering community connections and enhancing customer experiences, I excelled in all of my jobs. My strong work ethic and honesty has made me a valued employee at each of my jobs, by both managers and fellow employees. I am usually the one they've go to when they have questions about how to do their job best. Trained in customer service, I consistently prioritize safety and satisfaction.
When I left the post office, my postmaster had been serving there for 7 years. She told me she seriously considered leaving her position about a year after she took it. It wasn't what she expected it to be. She said I played a huge role in helping her love her job and decide to stay. She was in tears telling me how much she appreciated having me help her navigate some situations with other employees. She said I always knew the right thing to say. Considering the importance of the postal service and the high stress there, this was a huge compliment/accomplishment. She always told my fellow carriers to look to me as an example because I had a nearly perfect delivery record in my time there, along with being extremely efficient. The customers on my route were sad to see me go.
