· TEACHING DEFENSIVE TACTICS: Instructing security personnel in defensive tactics such as handcuffs, The Wrap, control holds and takedowns.

· DOCUMENTING TRAINING: Keeping accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications achieved to maintain compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

· ASSISTING WITH POLICY DEVELOPMENT: Collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to develop or update policies and procedures related to defensive tactics training and use of force.

· CONTINUEING EDUCATION: Attend workshops, seminars, and training courses to stay current with advancements in defensive tactics, teaching methodologies and related areas.

· Visually monitored residents closely while on escort in the community and have direct observation of resident behavior.

· Visually monitored environmental conditions for safety and appropriateness of the community locations where residents visit

· Verbally and physically intervened while on escort in the community when needed.

· Communicated, responded, and assisted local law enforcement and criminal justice partners.
