* Organize all shipping and receiving paperwork and production sheets for month-end and year-end reporting.
* Maintain all invoices and manifests.
* Contact vendors to request necessary services (e.g., waste disposal, fuel delivery).
* Receive, file, and manage quality sampling sheets.
