Performs a variety of general cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain patient rooms, patient care areas, offices, hallways and other assigned areas

Cleaning will include a variety of materials such as carpet, upholstered furniture, floors, and will use an array of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Safe operating of cleaning equipment and preparation of cleaning chemicals.• Application of correct cleaning procedures and chemicals• Maintains established preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment as required.• Follows appropriate security measures when cleaning medication rooms and refrigerators

Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness • Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. • Serve meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty • Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
Conduct periodic inspections of common areas in the building to monitor building/clients • Generate reports, routine computer input, create correspondence and filing as directed by team lead • Greet and direct clients, document client interactions, and provide information and updates to day shift staff • Interact with clients over course of shift as appropriate • Provide support and basic resource information to clients • Log events/ incidents using factual –observation based documentation. Obtain urinalysis from clients as directed by HRR case management staff or team lead
