- In my most recent role as Director of Operations at Stove & Grill Parts For Less, I managed six warehouse locations ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, overseeing over 15 million individual parts across 8,500 unique SKUs. Our monthly sales regularly reached up to $1.5 million, and I was responsible for maintaining $3.5 to $5 million in inventory, depending on global restocking cycles. I used Finale inventory management software to track stock levels, conduct real-time adjustments, and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers. Additionally, I managed fulfillment via Shopify and ShippingEasy, while leveraging Slack and Zendesk to ensure seamless communication across departments and with customers.
- Beyond daily operations, I developed and enforced Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implemented regular auditing and loss prevention strategies, and produced key performance indicator (KPI) reports to drive process improvement. I also led hiring, onboarding, and scheduling across multiple sites to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.
