• Attended multiple different Lexia trainings.
• Did formal observations with my principal using Lexia curriculum.
• Grew as an educator with Lexia goals in mind.

LEXIA TRAINING

• Used my new Lexia knowledge to create and implement lessons for small and whole group instruction.
• Used Lexia Close Reads for targeted reading comprehension skills in small group instruction.
• I used Lexia Close Reads as a guide to create and implement my own Google Slides to teach virtually to my 3rd graders during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• I trained multiple grade level teams on how to use and implement Lexia from the Resource Hub, and the slides I made using Lexia curriculum.
• Used Lexia for targeted intervention for my below grade level readers to get them up to standard.
