While we ran the Larsen-Anderson farm I maintained and processed invoices, deposits, money logs and field logs. I tracked expenses and income for the farm while organizing and maintaining bank statements for checking accounts. Along with that I kept track of the fields and what was done to them each year. When it was time for our organic inspection/audit each year I provided support by supplying requested documentation promptly and accurately.
While working here in high-school. I was able to become supervisor. I was responsible for managing the employees during my shift. Making sure we had a safe work environment while completing the tasks needed for the night. At the end of my shift I would be in charge of closing the till and making sure it added up correctly. I then would put the money in the deposit box.
