Finance
· Enter and process all Accounts Payable
· Review, approve and reconcile monthly credit card expense reports
· Prepare, verify for accuracy, and distribute annual contribution statements
· Process all on-line contributions, event registration and school tuition payments through our financial software
· Provide support to the Operations Director in preparing the annual budget
Human Resources
· Assist the Operations Director in the process and management of payroll records, payroll entries, and benefit billing
· Process requests for background investigations for new hires and volunteers
· Manage Form W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, and Form 1099 records for church vendors
Office Management
· Ensures all policies and procedures are up to date
· Recruit and assigns volunteers for receptionist duties
· Oversee and maintain the office supplies, equipment and needs of the office

· Manage the facilities scheduling system for building usage for ministries and outside groups. Which includes but is not limited to:
o Communicate approval or denial of request

· Maintains Procare and handles the monthly billing for families.
· Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents and staff.
· Help manage the school and enforce all policies and procedures of the program.
· Supervise all activities to ensure the safety of each child at all times.

· Maintains enrollment of children and the class waiting list.
· Handles inquiries regarding future enrollment and gives tours as needed.

· Participate in greeting and cheerfully serving at small Children’s events on special occasions for AOC (example: daddy daughter dance, Christmas programs, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, or Easter programs etc.)
· Assist in Texas Health and Human Services inspections and supply documentation requested.
