Primary care, assessment and ongoing evaluation of neonatal patients including Level 3 and Level 4 patients.

Flex nurse who goes to any level 1, level 2 and level 3 deliveries and assists NNP during those resuscitations.

 Relief charge nurse on neonatal floor. Oversee average of 4-18 patients per shift.

Assist in the orientation of many of the new nurses on the NICU unit.

Utilize developmental care measures whenever possible.

• Primary care, assessment and evaluation of neonatal patients down to 22 weeks.
• Level 4 unit, non surgical, high acuity patients.

• Worked closely with the Respiratory Therapists, NNPs and Residents.

• Primary care, assessment and ongoing evaluation of neonatal patients including Level 3 and Level 4 patients. Self directed with a high level of personal accountability.

• As a travel nurse, integrated quickly and flexibly to the many ways hospitals provide care. Worked in L/D at Group Health, UWMC and Overlake while travel nursing.

• Primary care, assessment and evaluation of laboring mothers on a high risk unit.
