I am a licensed professional with thirteen years of experience addressing mental health challenges, substance use disorders and facilitating client growth and change. I am known for my collaborative approach and dedication to achieving meaningful results. I am a reliable team player with strong skills in conflict resolution and adaptability, ensuring client-centered care. I have taken the time to become an approved supervisor on both the Counseling and Therapy Board and on the Social Work Board. I continually participate in trainings specific to clinical supervision so that I can support my staff to the best of my ability. I focus on team building and preventing burnout in the workplace and in life. I have knowledge of many resources in the community. I collaborate with other agencies to create opportunities for my clients to have support and services in the steps they take once they are discharged from my care.
