· Serve as a primary point of contact for all consultants (Approximately 130) reporting to several state government entities and clients geographically located in Kentucky, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, Florida and Kansas. Responsible for addressing any employment related questions/concerns the consultants has from their first day to last on assignment.

· Complete proactive monthly outreach calls to maintain a sense of belonging to Innova Solutions Inc and address any employment/project related concerns that arise.

· Review new hire forms from Sales/Recruiters to ensure data integrity and confirm the consultant’s exemption status and payment are aligned with the rule/regulations set forth by DOL/FLSA and State/Local Sick Leave Laws.

· Responsible for processing any project related changes in Bullhorn, CAP, and HG Comply Systems to maintain data integrity.

· Coordinate with Time Keeping group to ensure consultant’s time/expenses are submitted/approved in a timely manner.

· Review bi-weekly payroll, and coordinate with the Payroll to prevent/resolve any payroll related issues.

· Work with End-Client and Internal Billing Departments to address/resolve billing related issues.

· Monitor project end dates and work with the Consultant/Sales/Recruiting to redeploy the consultant and reduce attrition.

· Work with Account Executives and Clients to obtain updated Purchase Orders/ Statement of Work.

· Submit resource terminations in HG Comply – HRS System; and provide pertinent off-boarding information to the consultant.

· Gather required documentation/approvals for H1-B Visa (Applications/Transfers/Renewals) and Green Card processing.

· Provide employment verification letters as requested.

· Assist with travel arrangements for client related travel
