• Registered Nurse, Southridge Rehab and Living Center, 2013-11-01, 2015-05-31, Extensive amount of hands-on experience with trachs and ventilators., Worked on the rehab floor that holds up to 20 residents., Floated to a long-term living center to fill in when someone calls out, which holds up to 42 residents.
• Registered Charge Nurse, Saint Joseph Rehabilitation and Residence, 2012-07-01, 2013-11-30, Responsible for up to 43 residents, 6 CNAs, Med-tech, and a LPN., Assisted the wound doctor., Prepared rounds on the days that he visits and changed his patients' dressings on the days that he wasn't there., Filled in for a nurse manager until one was hired.
• Registered Nurse, Kittery Family Practice of York Hospital, 2010-11-01, 2012-02-29, Checked patients in and got their vital signs, weight, height, eye exam., Gathered their chief complaint and entered the information in the computer system., Did injections, EKG's, assisted the doctors/providers, and performed in-house labs: rapid strep test, urinalysis, pregnancy test, etc.
