  • Front office secretary in Radiology in 1995. Responsible for inputting data into system, answering phones, working up orders that came from ER and floors in timely manner to give to Rad Tech's. Maintained positive and professional attitudes Good organizational skills and multi-tasking.
  • November 1995-January 2009 UC/MT on many different floors. Tasks required were answering call lights and phones. Inputting Doctor's orders into our EMR in a timely manner. Furthered organizational and multi-tasking skills. Assisted co-workers and patients with their requests/needs.
  • February 2009 taransferred to the ITS department as a Support Tech. Required tasks were troubleshooting and replacing computer equipment. Floor rounds to check equipment and fix any issues. Assisted with questions/needs from staff when SCM(Sunrise Clinical Management) was implemented in 2012. Assisted with Implementation at Main Unit hospital and Hamilton, AL facility.
  • 2017 the role was expanded to include work at ITS Help Desk. I was also promoted to End User Device Specialist II role. I helped end users with troubleshooting various IT equipment plus application assistance, Job included installing various software applications and troubleshooting those. Also was responsible for after hours Interface monitoring and notified those responsible if necessary. I maintained a professional and concise manner in all of these areas
  • 2019 promoted to End User Device Specialist II. Carried same job responsibilities as EUD III as well as imaging new computers, taking call after hours plus more extensive interface monitoring. Ran 340b reports.
  • 2021 I was brought over by Clinical Systems Operations Director, Rachael Hill to work on various projects with Clinical Analyst team. Other skills obtained were programming and installing Lantronix and iStat devices. I set up and deployed iPads and Butterfly ultrasound devices.

  • Led our WOW refresh project (work station on wheels). This took extensive research and collaboration with CNO's and Nurse Managers in the NMHS system. Through this project thousands of dollars were saved that can be used towards other needed projects.
