I worked closely and under the direct supervision of the charge nurses and physicians. Home based on the Telemetry/Cardiac Unit for 13 years and Physical Rehabilitation Unit for 8 years. During my tenure, I also worked in the areas of Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Emergency Mental Health, Transitional Care Unit, and the medical/surgical unit. Provided direct patient care by assessing specific conditions and needs, medication management, monitoring vital signs and cardiac monitoring via the telemetry monitor.
