  • Gathered information and input payroll for several divisions of the company. This consisted of collecting payroll as well as back up information to support hours. Train all new employees on the correct paperwork and backup needed for each job.
  • Monitor online system used by employees to track their time and time on jobs. Add new employees to system and train them on use.
  • Input all equipment allocations to support payroll and billing.
  • Monitor GPS system and ensure that employee and equipment time match on jobs.
  • Perform all Accounts Receivable functions, including inputting information for outgoing invoices. Scan and send out invoices for the different divisions of the company.
  • Monitor and log all fuel use from yard stock. Allocate fuel to vehicle and job. Track fuel in 3 yard tanks, order when appropriate. Monitor and input into accounting system, all fuel used from yard tanks and fuel purchased with fuel cards. Add new employees to the yard fuel systems and obtain fuel credit cards when appropriate.
