• Formed a Discipleship Committee that planned Bible Studies two times a year for the church community.
• Found Bible Studies for the committee to pick from.
• Lead Bible Studies two times a year.
• Attend board meetings monthly.

• Fostered trust and rapport with clients through compassionate listening, empathetic support, and maintaining confidentiality.
• For the first few years I was the only one along with our pastor doing the visiting of sick, hospital patients and home bound people. After a few years a wonderful committee was formed.
• Report back to the pastor when a need arises that he is needed for or something he should be aware of.

• Setup schedules of volunteers for most of the activities at church.
• Setup new schedules of volunteers to make sure things like communion, coffee time, greeters and so much more worked smoothly for our church.
• Setup a tree of volunteer opportunities on a bulletin board so everyone could clearly see the needs of the church.

• The last two-three years at Lutheran Social Service was contracted out to North East Human Services to work with the Foster Grandparent Program. This is a sister program the Senior Companion & RSVP Programs. (They are Federally fund programs)
• My job duties were pretty much the same as for the Senior Companion Program.
• I covered half the state of ND and Clay County of MN.

• Recruited and trained new volunteers on volunteer program goals and objectives for the RSVP office.
• Coordinated large-scale events involving multiple teams of volunteers, resulting in successful fundraisers and community outreach initiatives.
• Provided ongoing support to volunteers throughout their tenure, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and commitment to the organization''s goals.
• Established strong relationships with local organizations, fostering collaboration and expanding volunteer opportunities
• Started the Bone Builder Program for older adults in the 9 counties that I served.
• Competed reports for the Federal government, United Way, grants and more.
