Accomplishments

  • Supervised a team of 3 staff members.
  • Documented and resolved an issue where the State Foster Care auditors were imposing fines. This was due to inaccurately labeled foster parent files. I created a color coding system with decreased the fines by 75%.
  • Achieved a reduction in the no-show rate of patients by calling to remind them the day before their appointment and not a week before their appointment.
