I manage and organize all aspects of local road races hosted by =PR= Races; set up and manage online registration, maintain & update the race website, provide customer service support, coordinate with vendors and sponsors, oversee all logistics, create staffing schedules, coordinate the distribution of all timing equipment and all race day volunteers. For Community Events, I work with over 80 outside organizations to set up their road race events, as well as time them on race day.

I coordinated all aspects of swim meets that Potomac Marlins hosted (roughly 11 annually). The meets ranged in size of 200 to 1500 athletes, from 2 to 4 days, and anywhere from 3 to 15 hours each day. My duties included; Volunteer recruitment and assignments, Hospitality/food preparation, coordinating with facility staff and vendors, working with meet officials and club coaches, running Hy-Tek Meet Manager as needed.
