  • I currently work in the MRO Logistics Division as a Tool and Parts attendant in Building 110
  • I process sales transactions in the GSA-GECO systems for the 4PL program
  • I order items as requested by FRCSE Supervisors, Supply Technicians, Mega Centers, Central Tool Room (CTR) and Small Tooling Requests
  • I help maintain the inventory of over 4 million dollars of consumables from Granger overstock, and consolidated MC-1/GSA EDD stores (bubble wrap, foam, hardware, tools, etc.) on the second deck of building 110 in a master Excel file and issue to supervisors CTR and Mega Centers when requested
  • I am responsible for requisitioning, control and accountability of materials, tools, machinery and consumables stored and issued through the 4PL processes to all of FRCSE, Central Tool Room and tool cribs
  • I process Small Tooling Requests and verify part numbers (vendor and manufacturer part numbers), verify NWA, shop and supervisor information then submit to Grainger, LCI, GSA or DLA
  • I monitor requisitions for proper quantities, fund codes, project codes and priorities to assure appropriate accountability and documentation and assign appropriate priority for ordering material as indicated by the supervisor
  • I coordinate and track RFQ (request for quotes) then research sources of required parts/tools for the required information for the acquisition of required parts through the 4PL process, supply system or Credit Card purchase and request updates from Vendors for stock status
  • I am proficient in Maximo; Inventory Management (issuing and returning tools, adjusting quantities, creating bins/locations/adding items to storerooms), Inventory Control, Purchasing and Tool Management Processes (creating and receiving Purchase Orders/order tracking) and tracking Work Order, also, I am proficient at Microsoft Applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook , Microsoft PowerPoint and Office
