Gather and process evidentiary samples from victim and/or alleged perpetrator including DNA swabbing, culposcopic photograph, hair and skin sampling. Pregnancy screening to determine existing pregnancy status. STD screening. Referral to community resources. Continuous training in forensic nursing topics, preparation for court testimony as an expert witness in matters of sexual assault exam findings.
