Teresa L. Sullivan served as the personal public affairs advisor for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, leader of a 800k, $56 billion/yr organization and person responsible for two thirds of the nation's nuclear triad. She is a proven and sought after advisor for crisis response and regional messaging across the Middle East. She is a nimble and adroit operator within the U.S. interagency, developing and synchronizing public, classified and covert messaging between the DoD, DoS, CIA and other government agencies. She has led public affairs teams and advised senior leaders at three Fighter Wings, an Air Expeditionary Wing, a deployed Combined Joint Task Force, Air Staff and the Joint Staff. Sullivan has three advanced degrees with a focus on international relations, and North Korean and Chinese communication strategy. She has directly supported combat, humanitarian and diplomatic missions worldwide.

Ensures communication integration with Combatant Commands, Headquarters Air Force and CJTF-OIR to achieve USG, DoD, NSC, and coalition strategic communications objectives. Directs command information, band/media operations and crisis communications teams to shape U.S. image globally, in AOR with U.S. Embassies.
