Indoor Air Quality Portfolio

  • In October 2024, i was tasked with the Safety Portable remediation. The portable had been shut down since August 2024 without favorable resolution. I was asked to have everyone back in there by Thanksgiving. I pulled historical data, maintenance records, agreement and Mold Remediation Requirement Report.
  • After negotiations with vendor, we had items removed, new building, furniture and IT equipment with wireless communications within designated timeframe
