Ø Operated and maintained pipelines, compressors, auxiliary equipment, engines, motors, cooling equipment, pumps, dehydration equipment, process equipment, valves, seals, and other related equipment.

Ø Start, stop and operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters.

Ø Ensure the cost effective and efficient performance of all engines, pumps and associated equipment at compressor stations, tank batteries, pipelines, and process plants. Install, diagnose and repair pumps, seals, valves and instruments.

Ø Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment, including pipeline right-of-way, and gathering or storage areas, including but not limited to excavating, repairing, coating and backfilling pipelines, painting, weed control, etc.

Ø Maintain, adjust, make minor repairs, and operate equipment (e.g., industrial wheeled tractors, water pumps, air compressors, expanders, coolers, test equipment, vehicles, etc.)

Ø Represent the Company during contacts with landowner/tenants, public officials/emergency officials and at local meetings.

Ø Oversee construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties. Train and oversee company and third-party personnel as required (e.g., personnel in progression, transport drivers, contractors, visitors). Built Midstream plants and gathering pipelines across East Texas and West Louisiana including Dehydration units, JT facilities, Amine extraction, Thermal Oxidation.

Ø Identify, report and correct safety and environmental concerns. Actively participate in safety promotion.

Ø Participate in the development of O&M Procedures, Site Specific Procedures, project scopes and work plans. Complete all applicable documentation and record keeping.

Ø Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, regulatory, and Company tariff requirements.

Ø Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence with regular and predictable attendance.

Ø Other duties as assigned, such as locating pipeline, marking, & mapping with google earth, creating reports for daily readings and making preventative maintenance schedules with Microsoft office.

Ø Daily monitoring of utility systems that are vital to hospital operations.

Ø Assist any hospital personnel with various custodial and/or maintenance tasks.

Ø Maintain a tidy and clean hospital environment.

Ø Manage and assign tasks to two mechanics under my supervision making sure permits are assigned when necessary, work calls for them and the permits are properly filled out and evidence of standards compliance is maintained.

Ø Manage construction work and construction documentation including but not limited to ILSM and ICRA. Oversaw 20+ bed additions as the owner rep. plus kitchen remodels in Tyler, TX and Sherwood, AR. Cost value of $22+ Million each.

Ø Participate as a quality member of the hospital leadership while overseeing Facilities through Joint Commission Surveys and Inspections even during construction periods.

Ø Daily monitoring of facilities' physical environment

Ø Make sure regulatory compliance is maintained up to HealthSouth standard

Ø Monitor and file any documentation involved in tasks maintaining regulatory compliance

Ø Supervised and coordinated employee tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Ø Use CMS, Excel, Word, and Outlook efficiently for communication and documentation

Ø Daily monitoring of utility systems that are vital to hospital operations.

Ø Assist any hospital personnel with various custodial and/or maintenance tasks.

Ø Responsible for residential/commercial plumbing from before the foundation is laid to the finished trimmings.

Ø Install gas heaters for low-income families as mandated by the Arkansas Weatherization Project.

Ø Fix leaks, clogged drain lines, broken toilets, broken sinks, broken showers, and any other plumbing problems.

Ø Coordinate the transport of material and supplies to and from jobsites.
