Challenging myself to create and be innovative in new recipes or trying new things or spices for everyone's pallets and expand my knowledge,

My Business now is primarily Desserts and what is allowed by PCHD.

On my own time I cook for Friends, Neighbors, Families to test out new recipes.


I enjoy Auto Biographies and perusing Cookbooks like novels because I collect them
