• ER RN for 4 months prior to accepting DON role
• As DON, responsible for all nursing care and staff of 25 bed CAH with attached 30 bed long term care unit
• During tenure as DON and Hospital Administrator (simultaneously for 1 year), continued to work shifts routinely and as needed
