• Key member of both the WGBH Digital and WGBH Local Fundraising Divisions.

• Managing product for CMS, Ad-serving, streaming vendor relationship, streaming analytics, email marketing platform, and social media for membership.
• Driving audience engagement and lead generation through the effective use of locally branded digital platforms and national network outposts
• Provide email marketing consultation to national programs, and oversee the management of the national programs’ email marketing platform
• Instrumental in growing email as a source of revenue by 4X
