I am a very enthusiastic AD here at Franklin, I love working with our patients, their families and our staff. I also enjoy working with our doctors and social workers in the neighboring hospitals to ensure their patients get to our center or a sister center if I cannot offer a bed.
I also help with the PAC here at Franklin, we do monthly activities to boost morale within the center as well as created a fund to help our employees with anything financial they may need.
In the AD role, I help train the ACs as well as the ADs that have started with us, I also present to our AD group on things that I am asked to. I also present for all of our "Future Leaders" or AIT's in our sister centers.
I am a very fast learner and very goal oriented! I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone and trying/learning new things.
I am also a very social person and enjoy boosting people up and helping them problem solve. I am very interested in growing in this field!
