  • Determine acceptability, enter data, generate notices, and issue letters or revised notices
  • Utilize technical tools in Integrated Data Retrieval System (IDRS), Integrated Automation Technologies (IAT), Employee User Portal (EUP), Account Management Service (AMS) and Share point to provide accurate advice, instruction, and professional work for the taxpayer
  • The actions I take and information I provide the taxpayer has a direct impact on voluntary compliance and customer satisfaction.
