  • Overseeing the Spokane Operations center with 1 exempt and 10 non-exempt staff.
  • Overseeing the Seattle Operations center with 2 exempt and 26 non-exempt staff.
  • Recently, a co-sponsor of the NIE team was a co-lead for many years. The NIE team is responsible for preparing the monthly and quarterly forecasts, explaining any variances, completing the yearly budget for 22 sites, and presenting it to senior management. Responsible for reaching out to sites for variances, working with financial analysis, and any other departments to make sure items are posting correctly. The team has a goal to be within 1% of the plan.
  • Co-lead of the Optimization Team is responsible for optimizing current business processes that lead to more efficient workflows. Some achievements would be eliminating validations for cash & check only deposits, eliminating MBD validation, eliminating the MBD process for coin, standardizing errors, and standardizing guideline processes with other teams. The team works with other areas needed complete the projects. There is collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution involved.
  • Co-lead for the conversion of Vas to eVas. Learned what was different, prepared documentation, trained all 23 sites, and went on-site to assist. Worked with vendors on the changes and differences, if needed, to make sure the system worked as needed. Problem solved and collaborated with multiple areas.
  • Current co-lead working on changing the 22 sites to cloud cloud-based program (eVas to CtC).
  • Cover for the district manager when asked. Attend meetings for and share information with the other sites.
  • Monitor for completion of the required monthly, quarterly reports for both sites.
  • Review the Quality Assurance information for both sites and submit.
