· Evaluate internal policies and procedures comply with federal and state level laws and regulations. Although not all inclusive, examples of such laws and regulations include TILA, TILA-RESPA, TRID, ECOS, FDPA, FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, HMDA, Privacy Act and HOEPA.

· Create, process, and send regulatory required disclosures for mortgage loans, including loan estimates and redisclosures for all mortgage loan types including conventional and government loans.
· Guarantee loan file meet stipulations of E-Sign Act.
· Act as a liaison between the Loan Officer and clients and communicate any missing information on disclosures as necessary.
· Assign, review, process and send an average of 20 files plus per day.
· Review loan application for completion and errors and omission.
· Review, process and send a complete loan application to each borrower within mailbox rule.
· Disclose a change of circumstances within 3 days should any changes occur after the initial loan application has been disclosed.
· Review loan files to meet stipulations of E-sign act.
· Create, process, and send regulatory required disclosures for mortgage loans, including loan estimates and re-disclosures for all mortgage loan types including conventional and government loans.
· Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
· Process new hires, terminations, and update HR Systems (Hireright, Paycom, Datatrac) accordingly.
· Create and process offer letters, HR onboarding required paperwork.

· Process an average of 100 plus invoices per month for a large-scale organization.
· Code the general ledger and processed vendor invoice payments.
· Match and scan invoices to payments into accounting system, AMB and internal storage.
· Deposit third party checks, as well as monthly reserve transfers.
· Receive and record any cash, checks and vouchers, as well as reconciled records of bank transactions.
