  • Installation of the VFD for the 55-foot autoclave, set parameters for the drive, and ensured proper rotation.
  • Program and debug PLCs (MicroLogix 1000/1100) and VFDs (PowerFlex 500), optimizing operational parameters for peak performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople (electricians, mechanics, etc.). To replace critical components, conduct process improvements, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Utilize FEMS and Microsoft Office Suite for data reporting, PM scheduling, and documentation, implementing 'Art of the Possible' management techniques to enhance productivity.
