

I’ve developed strong communication and conflict-resolution skills through years of working in customer service, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, solve problems effectively, and work well with others. My background in competitive sports; especially serving as a team captain has strengthened my leadership abilities, sense of responsibility, and commitment to motivating and guiding a team. Additionally, my three years as a receptionist helped me become highly proficient with computers and gave me valuable experience supporting Directors, Executives, and Vice Presidents with various administrative tasks.
