Assist food insecure individuals with locating and accessing community resources

Coordinating services, referrals, and resources for clients.

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to assist individuals in accessing resources to meet their needs. This role involves researching and evaluating available services and programs, providing referrals, and coordinating resources within and outside of the organization.

• Oversee strategic recruitment of partner agencies with a focus on underserved areas.
• Collaborate with community organizations to address food security issues.
• Perform partner agency monitoring and maintain records.
• Provide technical assistance to potential and existing partner agencies.
• Meals per Person in Need (MPIN) standard and other Feeding America standards.
• Conduct training for partner agencies such as Agency Express, USDA and Civil Rights training as needed.

• Provided services to the community that address food insecurity and root causes of poverty.
• Delivered and served Summer meals.
• Increased the efficiency of the summer food initiatives.
• Ensured appropriate use of the agency's resources to address local food insecurity.
