- Maintain standard processes and procedures and educate Project/Program Directors on best practices based off standard processes.
- Work with Project/Program Directors on proper utilization of domain values within CLSLiNK database.
- Provide Project/Program Directors auditing tools
- Confers with Project/Program Directors and other senior management staff to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from status and conditions.
- Assists with managing and implementing policies in areas of techniques, materials usage, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures.
- Work with and PDI departments to ensure our training material is up to date and made available to all those who can benefit from it.
- Also work with these departments to find gaps in our training material and work to fill gaps.
- Oversee training of Database and Document Specialists on established CLS policies, procedures, and coach as needed.
- Manage and maintain VROW training programs such as: CLSU Boot Camp, lunch and learn, and etc
- Continue promoting cross-department training between corporate departments for betterment of all employees.
- Assist with CLSLiNK Software training and administrative training of CLS Subsidiaries.
